4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure fair access for all patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 5. Clinical Disclaimers
Nottingham Pain Clinic provides specialist non-medical, drug-free therapy programmes centered on nervous system regulation. We do not provide emergency medical services. While our evidence-based clinical protocols aim to assist in pain management, specific clinical outcomes are not guaranteed as individual responses to therapy vary.
6. Payment Terms
Payment for consultations and therapy packages is required in full at the time of booking or immediately following the appointment, as specified in our invoicing. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments. Prices for our specialist programmes are subject to adjustment with appropriate notice provided on our platform.
7. Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Nottingham Pain Clinic shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the professional standards accurately defined for non-medical musculoskeletal and neurological pain therapy practitioners within the United Kingdom.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or the use of our clinical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
